now, without going NTU, what will happen to me?
i guess this is a decision that is gonna affect my entire life,
but a twist in life doesnt always mean a bad.

Neglected blog once again. LOL.
back to after graduation. started working in UOB from April to July. and it had been a really awesome three months of work. best bosses, best mates. working environment in TPY UOB had win over CBD area such as raffles. shorter hours of traveling, better food, lesser crowd. made future plan to work there in future. hahahahhaha!

anyway, what's the best was the greatest friends knew in UOB.

sometimes, you need not spend to much effort to make friends around you, because when what meant to be, it will be. when you are meant to be friends, they come to you.

traveled for a two days one night down to malacca. HORRIBLE BUS TRIP FOR HOURS. but nevertheless, we spend a fruitful night over there though we didnt manage to visit the water park.we used swimming pool to replace it! hahahaha
night time arrived and we visited the famous joker street. joker street was great. malacca was much better than what i had imaged. crowded but peaceful.
nice scenery, nice food.

really missed them very badly.
cant wait for the korea trip next year! (:

Graduation night (specially for clique)

thanks babe, for making the effort to book a hotel over at swissotel for the graduation night celebration. that night couldnt be any better. it wouldnt be the last night being together but at least, a night to celebration that last day of 3 years spending together in our higher institution education.

at least we know, we really have a bunch of best mates in poly, no matter how we came together as a clique (:
swissotel was really a nice place with nice scenery. and of course NICE BED! That we manage to squeeze 5 people on it, and sorry darling and xin yi for having to sacrifice your sleep on the chair and floor, freezing cold.

please dont believe if i say i am not going to sleep. because ended up i am just lying.

happy graudation dinner merit winners (:

it was out of no where, which i have decided to attend the dinner with Denise. its hilarious not attending the major dinner for accountancy but instead this dinner. but definitely no regards to this dinner.
firstly, the atmosphere was really good,
secondly the FOOD was good,
thirds and most importantly, the MC was fantastic.
if only i can find him again within 10 years down the road, i will invite him to be the MC of my wedding dinner, like seriously.
he was totally awesome, knowing how to enlighten everyone, keep everyone alive and contribute much joy and laughters to the dinner.

3 years of higher learning in Ngee Ann Polytechnic has come to an end. Goodbye NgeeAnn, memories bring away will never be forgotten.
Thank you Ngee Ann for bringing me to another phase of my education and what's the best was, thank you Ngee Ann, for bringing me such a group of wonderful friends.

Friends come and go. time doesnt matter, what matters was the time spent together with each and everyone.

wanted to make a lengthy post with everyone, dig out photos from hard disk. and came to realise many things has happen throughout the entire three years. how a group was formed, from 3 to 6 to 5 to 11 and to 12.

remembered how the 12 of us were formed as one. please believe in fate, because i really do. Under Ngee Ann system, we have to bid our class in every semester on the dot and everyone crack the brain to see who can have the best internet system and fastest finger. and so coincidentally, 11 of us manage to come into a class. and out of the blue moon we decided to have an over night back at markus's place. and there we go, mahjiong, supper at geylang and big clique was formed.
this is how amazing life can be. at the right timing, anything can happen and everything can change.

and right now,
HAPPY GRAUDATION EVERYONE.
there we are coming to an end. i am glad we manage to spend all the times together with every ways to keep our poly lives as lively and enjoyable as it can be.

GOODNESS.
had been deeply ignoring my blog for the whole big time. come to realise there is only 1 pathetic post in may. hahahaha!
but whatever it is, WELCOME JUNE.
and june is a NO-MONEY month. so many birthdays and celebrations. BIG KILLER.

maybe some really belated post back in April.
HELLO GUANGZHOU, HELLO HONG KONG.
second time to hong kong. this time with my dearest girlfriend, yong zhen and leiwn. 6 DAYS each in both country.

good experience staying away from home for 12 days, to be alone with only friends but yet, in contrary not with family was deep horror. hahahaha.
what ever it is, still i enjoyed the 12 days away.

HONG KONG.

one fresh thing in hong kong was that i had visited the "big Buddha" with zhen. the one i saw in the movie "LONG HU MEN" when the buddha threw the pearls down the long fight of stairs. and this time, i manage to crawl up the long flight of stairs. hahahhhaha!

another nice experience was down to "lang gui fang" with girlfriends to have a nights out in the pubs and clubs. the thing that feel really different is this time round, we dance on the streets in jackets. people in hong kong do not stick to the dance floor but out of the pathway drinking and moving their bodies, and its really nice. (:

and not forgetting the best in the country, DIM SUM. i think i had about 4 to 6 meals of dim sum there. trying all different stalls and restaurants. so, no doubts. weights are gained. hahahahah.

guangzhou got no much photos taken because its really dangerous there to show around any valuables.

but still, i love this photos.
its looks like the symbol of WELCOME TO HONGKONG. hahaaha

second celebration was on the dot of my birthday. thank you girls for planning this and i was surprise to see the guys appearing under my block again since we had already celebrate once before that. (:

i am suppose to be preparing for my next interviews in two days time when something strikes me. i came to realize that there's always this fear inside me that can never go away. never. i got no idea why. maybe everyone is afraid of something. when i came across the page i cant help it but picturing the moving scenes again through my mind. i wondered how i actually coped with it and manage to move along. i tried reading it again and i recalled how afraid i was whenever there is something new, praying hard that nothing comes like a stab right in my heart. i believe that's how phobia is formed.

i need to get over this fear.

suddenly i got the urge to blog. i think i should blog more regularly to keep myself update with my current life isnt that so? my plan of blog is so one day when i am free, i would re-read all the post from the past 5 or 10 years to see how i had grown from 14 up till the age of XXX. but come to realise that my entries are decreasing from months to months. that is not suppose to be happening. yeah? hahahahah!

alright. a good family day today with granny and all. head over to cousin joey's new apartment. and there were many hilarious things that go around. granny only head to the kitchen to see all the appliances and not the bed room or other things. and when mommy was talking about getting granny a new set of sofa, granny claim that we can dump the entire set but please leave out the one and only. and uncle was so angry about why leaving one to spoil the entire decoration.

and, i also come to realize, setting up a home is never easy. IT COST. cost so much. it seems like you spend your entire youth earning and savings and you spend it all leaving a zero in your bank account when setting up a home. and when you do not feel like depending on your parents, it toughen even more. so, although i am only 19, i think i should start saving right?
people, do save up! for future sake! hahahahaha!

i know and i want 2011 to be a good good year, for the sake of starting of my twenties, ending the life in oness, one odd and whatever i can think of.

anywayyyyy, Christmas 2010 and New Year 2010 had been absolutely great this year. having to gather with 4s2 is the best part of all.
counting down for christmas with a special group of people this year, i called them the sembawang clique. because they all stayed in sembawang, but me, as the Khatib kid joined them. hehehehehe.
it is a mixture of my primary school, secondary camp mate and softball mate. what a weird combination, but having fun does take that into consideration as long as we all HAD FUN.

YES I DO.
steamboat at junxiang's house. food shopping at amk Fair price with Jun xiang and Alex. and one thing so nice about them is, we girls do not have to bother about the handling of food, the frozen, the uncook, the unsliced food. all were done by jun xiang and alex. very sweet(:

later on, i enjoyed the most. CUTTING OF LOG CAKE. log cake is always the significant thing during christmas to me ever since last year. even though i do not have fancy over cakes, log cake is not an exception, but i still want it to be there in the special occasion.

anyway, one really nice thing about being with them, they are a group of people very nice to chat with. instead of drinking, playing games and xbox like what we intended to, we end up hiding inside jun xiang's room and chatted throughout the entire night. talks about friends, relationship, past, current, future. every single thing. and surprisingly, they made me feel that comfortable. and we fall asleep when the clock strike 5.

the next day was perfect too.
headed down to yong siang's house to meet 4s2 clique plus jason. hahahahah! (4A1) he clicks well with everyone so he is invited to all gathering. hahahahah! was shocked to know that Madam lim was invited as well. really comforted to see her, doing fine and upset to know that her body wasnt doing that well as before. one thing that always hurt is to see your love ones aged and falling. it never never feel good.
but still, the gathering was awesome. seeing everyone doing fine. chatting about the past.
laughters filled the whole pan house.
the night was dreamy good.
love 4s2, so much.and of course! LOG CAKE! HEHEHEHEHHEHEHEHE!

not to forget that i spent my new year there as well.
hahahahah! fun create anticipation and when it comes again, we had fun together, AGAIN. new year was equally fun, watching fire works counting down at yong siang's house. we had chicken wings, pork chop, chicken chop and everything and the accompany of kpop.
hahahaha!
but the best part was when we gathered outside the little room and started to talk endlessly. somehow, part of the laughters reminds me of myself inside the classroom having fun with everyone.

everyone grew and there we are stepping out. but having the memories is sufficient for everyone to remember each other. no matter how far we had go, how tough the road will be, there will still be one point, there will bring everyone together.
and there's where comfort enter and love remains.

GOODBYE 2010
SHALL MAKE A REALLY REALLY LONG POST. for the 10th years of 2000.

Time flies and i cant stop thinking that i am turning 20 in 3 months time. oh well, i am not upset about it! hahahahahah! i have decided to make a really long post for this special last day of 2010. 2010 had been great, really great. with all the ups and downs, tough and smooth, i had managed to move on and appreciating everything around me. everything that had happened were remarkable. its marks on another part of my life.
there is definitely no loses in 2010 but in contrary remarkable gain. With Khong family, 858 Clique, Fsome, Big Clique, Softballers and more, all stays a put. it had been a huge blessing to have them around me. At the end of every year, i reflect on the entire journey throughout the year, feeling the changes in me and everyone around me. stepping up to another stage nearer to adulthood with various life experiences had allowed me to grow stronger physically and mentally. knowing that things changes and appreciate happiness. i had never regretted anything that happened nor the decision made despite the right or the wrongs.
anyway, still at the ending of this awesome year, i am moving on to the new phase of my life. but first, i would really like to pass different messages to all the people whom played a huge role in my life, moving on with me through the ups and downs and people whom i really really love and loved.

KHONG FAMILY
first of all, the people that contributed to the largest portion of my entire 19 years of youth. daddy and mommy khong had been the best in my life, giving me everything that i have ever wanted. no complains but continuous givings. People that treated me totally like a princess. Place that i will miss every single minute. after going out for work in 6 months, you will know that nobody can give in to you as much other than your parents and siblings. nobody can be ever better than them.

recent meet up with 4s2 had been the best! spending christmas and new year celebration together to talk about all the past. laughed at everything and made up the atmosphere.

OH i had been missing big clique since the start of attachment. missing the time sitting in lecture halls with them so much. heading to canteen to grab our lunch and to run away from lectures together. hahahahahah! different clique different feelings. they made my poly life in 2010 wonderful.

shall be the most efficient one this time round. nothing beats meeting fsome after so long. heading down to new try at mushroom pot in town. oh well, hair was a disaster that day because of my attempt to wear a headband. i shall admit the fact that my head shape DO NOT suit headband. shall give up! hahahahaha!

something so amazing happened today which i really couldnt help thinking how small the world is.
there are an estimate of 20 interns that are selected from my school to Ernst and Young for attachment. and one of them, is Sihoon that i happen to know only during internship.
Finally see Darling cynthia and headed down to Eskimo to get bubble tea and Sihoon decided to follow us.

We are both taking about our dad and she happened to asked if her dad's car were to send to my dad's workshop will it be any cheaper. and she get that idea off her mind as her dad's car is always send to her mum's relative's place for maintenance. but when i happend to mention the name of my dad's workshop she rang her mum immediately.

A hug is worth a thousand words. A friend is worth more.

every friendship faces obstacles. which don't? many always come to me telling me i am blessed to be friend-oriented. i thank god for this as well.
but, definitely among my friends, we go through smooth and tough, fights and making it up. between this two week, i had a relationship that start to climb up to the highest peak of the mountain. it is amazing how a relationship travels. it moves like a roller coaster ride. it can go all the way up and go all the way down within a night.
i step in tighter with 1 and move apart from the other one. tense situations. till the day when the bag couldn't contain anymore, it explode.
there are only 2 consequences to relationship that go through the stage of honesty. either they leave and move on their own way, or they think it through and make it up.
i would say i am definitely more than fortunate as many of the times, my life and friends choose the second path. i would say in my entire life, i had never given up on any relationship, not even a single one. maybe that's why they say i basically love everyone. yes i do.
i complain, i rant, i push myself up to the highest peak, but still i love every single one of them.

we made it clear cut about how we feel, and the ending came up to be a friendship hug at the train station with an apology to solve the problem. anger melted away and tears dwell up. isnt that the perfect ending? we never chose to leave but instead specific how much we cherished this friendship.

this is the first time making such a post. but just wanna say, everyone that comes by in your life is never easy. somehow, someway they are brought to you.

what a twist in a story. teared horribly lying on mummy's bed finishing the last three chapters of the book.
if one day, the only way to save your love ones is to donate part of your organ. will you?

the book is about the story between two sisters, one of which is needed to be a regular donor of another in order to keep her life going. and one day, when the younger decided to stop, she file for a lawsuit to bring her parents to court to protect her own body.

i was so angered upon reading it, there's nothing more important that kinship in my life. and do you know what is so special about two sisters being together? they are just like a pair of chopsticks. always go together and come in the best pair. one can never leave without another. especially when you grew up with her, once shared the same bed, same toothbrush, same undergarment and everything single thing in the world (except for boyfriends) hahahahahha! i describe this similarly to the one and only sister i have in this world.
*touch wood* hahahaha! but if i am Anna, i will do anything just to keep my sister's life going, even if i got to give up mine.
story first twist was Anna is more than willing to donate. and the matter of fact for the lawsuit was Kate wanted to stop suffering and hope Anna could help her to end her life. so Anna wasnt at all the "bad" person in the first place.

second twist comes about when Anna died in an accident at the end of the story. tears flow like tap water flowing. Kidney was transplant to Kate and what kate says
"i bring Anna to everywhere i go. the scar stitched out the name of my sister."

what's the special identification of the word "sister" was that sister quarrel all the time, fight all the time. but they always make it up the next minute.
(just happen to say, i had an argument with sister khong because of 7 Barcook bread last night.) hahahahahha!

FSOME MONSTAAA
promised to make a post but sadly, only this photo was taken. hahahahah! they should know why!
hahahahah! LIKE FINALLLLLYYYY! met up with fsome after so long. i would say that there are so many things that happen that kept each of us too busy to meet up. and finally, great day great dinner after work to dine in with fsome at Thai express. second time in the month :)

okay why this photo is taken is basically we have difficulties settling the bill. and there, slip out of my bag is my work calculator which was bring to efficient use:D

linh and xin cant stop laughing upon seeing this calculator.

Marvelous cream was great too. sharing of food always make the food taste extra tasty.
working had been, alright.
everyday only look forward for EC (secret between me and cynthia)
hahahahha! but one good thing about working is that i feel closer and closer to cynthia each day(: getting to love her more and more!

Sweetest sister in the world

I shall make this post inside the taxi (btw, the taxi driver is extremely reckless. I can't help it! )

Okay. Was heading down to boonlay and to jurong east. Sis sis having school and decided to head home with her. I could reach her through her phone thus resort to bbm.

Min " jie, give me a call asap" (stern toon)

(Less than 2 min, sis called)

Jie: "what happen?!" (Worried tone)

Min: oh I going jurong east, wanna go home together???

Jie: " I thought what happen to you sia! Ask me call you asap, I even run out the lecture hall to call you! NI ZHE GE ZHU BA JIE!"

Min and jie : "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"

You know when you are heading down to the bottom of the world, who will for sure be there for you. I am more aware that what I thought I would :)

i was so amazed.

but the moon wanted to come out during the days but there was something so much brighter that seem to fill up all the hours.
the moon grew hunger, thinner and thinner, until she was just a slice of herself, and the tip was as sharp as knife.
By accident, because that is the way most thns happen, she poked a hole in the night and spilled out a million stars, like a fountain of tears.

horrified, the moon tried to swallow them up. and sometimes this worked, because she gets fatter and rounder. but mostly it didnt because there are far too many. the stars keep coming, until they made the sky so bright that the sun got jealous.
he invited the stars to his side of the world., where it was always bright. what he didnt tell them, tough, was that in the day time, they will never be seen. so the stupid ones leaped from the sky to the ground. and they frozed under the weight of their own foolishness

the moon did her best. she carved each of these blocks of sorrow into a man or a woman. she spent the rest of her time watching out so that her other stars wouldn't fall. she spent the rest of her time holding on to whatever scraped she had left.

THE MARTIAL COMBAT
it is amazing, that i purchased make up from the make up store and able to get lucky draw and won 2 tickets to sentosa resort world to watch Mixed Martial arts. xin told me it is a boring thing like Wushu and different kind of fightings, but yet i go around showing off that i am able to go sentosa resort world for free.
hahahahaha! suppose to be going with bestie, but sorry bestie, big sister wanna go instead.
to my surprise, mixed martial art is totally different from what i imagined. i thought it would be of a stage view, with many levels of seats and we will be watching a group of people or some solo performance appearing. but after entering the hall, it is like the WWF stage that we see on TV and i cant help but feeling excited about what will be coming up next.

hahahhahaha.
what come later on is night mare i swear. you see how the fighter fights their opponent, pushing them to the ground and trying to win over using their weights.
their body are used to suffocate the opponent and they look like they are gonna break each other's neck. A fighter nearly suffocated and fainted.
then, i dun understand why am i watching such violent activities.
hahahahaha. and after 4 games, we went off.

but still, a good time with sister khong.

fun people
manage to resume our original plan to go crabbing after the 7th month.
heading was bad as the tide was too high for us to get down. and i would say it is nice because 8 of us each has a net purchased by the guys. nice nice(:

many "sea creatures" are caught and "live documentary" was showed. we see how the crab tear the head of the prawns and many more. first approach to horseshoe crab. and it doesnt look nice at all.

but one thing nice about them, sister khong tell me they always come in two, of the opposite sex. seems to be like a sea creature couples that have found their another half? hahahaha!
and jelly fish was "jelly"
but still, i love the squid the most, and stupid cal, you killed it!

headed down to wee's place for simple kite flying. and it failed. but we did something that is out of what we thought we would. basically, we just set our mat in the middle of the road and sat there for at least 2-3 hours i guess?

it is always nice i would say.
and definitely this very belated photo before my exams. hahahahah. but still i want to at least blog one picture.
that night over at marcus's place. was great i would say. and the photos are nice.
